Many advances have been made in the last six years, reducing patient fear of surgery and greatly diminishing disruption of lifestyle. The NORTH Institute has incorporated Minimally Invasive Spinal Surgery into its practice, giving patients a much quicker return to normalcy, often up for dinner and walking back into their own homes by the next day.

Development of Our Cranial Program

The NORTH Institute is also proud to announce the development of our cranial program to offer “brain surgery” on the Northshore. Elective brain surgery has evolved by incorporating modern technologies for problems such as cerebral aneurysms, pituitary and acoustic tumors and pain syndromes.
